How can I pay?
We offer 2 payment services: iDeal (especially Dutch payments) and PayPal (especially international payments).
Shipping
If I place an order, and choose to ship within the Netherlands, it says shipping costs € 6,20. But on the final overview it states the shipping costs are € 11,95. How is this possible?
The € 6,20 shown in the beginning indicates the minimum shipping costs for this country. Because our shipping costs are based on the weight of the package, en this isn’t calculated until a later stage, the shipping costs might be a bit higher. The costs mentioned on the final overview are the right prices (in this case € 11,95).
When I place an order, how long will it take before I receive the products? How long does the shipping take?
We ship the next workday after receiving your payment. Depending on the destination (within the Netherlands, or a foreign country) the number of days might vary.
How do you ship the products? Do your offer several possibilities?
We ship everything through TPG Packaging Service. We do not offer an other possibility.
Kan I come and pick up the order myself?
No, unfortunately this isn’t possible.
