Making games for magazines is a big challenge – the rules have to be straightforward and be understood after reading a few lines. The material is moreover essentially two-dimensional – a page or two in a magazine.

Favorite magazine game for younger children. Can be played by 2-6 persons, age five and up. Joyful game. Find your own way in a maze – by alternating suns and moons.

Elephants on rampage
Two herds of elephants trying to outwit one another, by blocking the other herd in the corner. When you win – you call ‘bang’. For two players trying to outmaneuver one another.

Race to the bottom
Go from one circle to the next till you have reached the center. The dice will tell you how to proceed but the message will be different every round. Duration 5 minutes – to be replayed. 2-6 players.
