Assessment of Water Governance

The assessment of water governance in the seven countries was done with the help of a Water Governance Scorecard. The Scorecard allows a snapshot of current water governance arrangements and uses the framework of the GWP Toolbox on IWRM (http://www.gwptoolbox.org).

The scorecards were prepared by national consultants. The scorecards were validated in national workshops and formed the basis for the identification of action proposals.
